Our salon phone number (916) 780-3555 & our after hours number is (916) 430-8235. Our normal hours of operation are: Weekdays 9:30 AM-7 PM , Saturdays 9 AM-6 PM, Sundays 11 AM- 4 PM
We feel so grateful for the opportunity to serve those who walk through our doors. Our goal is to always do our best.
Over the years we have learned a few things:
1) Making and keeping appointments helps everything run smoother, so if you’re able to call ahead and make an appointment that will be so helpful. By booking ahead, we can stagger our clients to reduce the wait time.
2) Communication is key to a good nail salon experience. Have you ever noticed that most nail salons are full of Vietnamese workers? Well truth be told- many are immigrants and once in the States, they are expected to work right away in order to help support their families back home. This is one of the reasons why people opt for work instead of more schooling. We recognize this challenge and are doing our best to institute a program that helps our workers learn how to better communicate with customers.
3) Putting the safety of our clients and workers first is good business. We sanitize all surfaces, disinfect all instruments with medical grade EPA disinfectant and fungicide, and dispose of implements that are not able to be disinfected effectively.
4) Being accessible even during non-business hours makes life easier for our customers. We want to make sure our clients know we care, calling our cellphone at 1AM to make an appointment for the next day is aye-ok (although we may not pick up), we will always return your call as soon as we can. Text anytime… if you’re a regular customer, we can give you our salon’s 24/7 cell number.
5) Change is inevitable, with nail salons at every corner- our goal is to differentiate ourselves by offering the most friendly service in a convenient location. We are located right next to yummy restaurants, TJ Maxx, and Lakeshore so you and your party can get their nails done, go to lunch, and shop a bit. .
As we continue our second decade in existence, we hope to continue our legacy of beautiful nails in a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment.
